We've been building towards this for a while. Today, it's live. A new brand. A completely redesigned product experience. And a much clearer statement of where Panther is going next.
Panther was built from day one for temporary recruitment. That hasn't changed. What has changed is the scale of what we're building, the ambition behind it, and the experience we want every person who uses the platform to have.
Recruitment technology should do more than simply work. It should feel fast, intuitive and effortless; for the consultants using it every day, for the candidates moving through it, and for the clients on the other end of it. We looked honestly at where Panther stood against that standard and decided it was time to raise it.
The most visible change is the product experience itself. Our new interface has been redesigned from the ground up to feel slicker, simpler and more modern. Less friction. Clearer information. A platform that gets out of the way and lets your team focus on what they're actually there to do.
Alongside that, we've refreshed our brand to reflect the business Panther has become. Our new identity is bolder and more confident, built to sit alongside the progressive agencies using the platform every day.

This is just the start
A rebrand and a redesigned interface are visible. The work behind them isn't.
We've invested heavily in the platform itself, continuing to build new functionality around real operational challenges. We work closely with our clients on custom development, if something is making their business harder to run, we want to know about it, and we want to fix it. That approach hasn't changed, it's just better resourced now.
We don't believe software should stand still. Temp recruitment moves fast, and the platform supporting it needs to move faster. The new Panther is built to do exactly that.
