Initially developed to streamline the shift booking process for a large recruitment group's rail and nursing divisions, Panther quickly evolved into a comprehensive tool addressing the many challenges of temp recruitment. Recognising the value we had created, we decided to bring Panther to market, sharing our innovative solution with other agencies and employers.

Ashling Coyle, our Chief Executive Officer, brings extensive expertise in both recruitment and financial management to Panther Software. A Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA qualified), Ashling began her career working with businesses in London. Her shift from accountancy to recruitment led her to found her own agency, where she identified the need for a more efficient workforce management system. Leveraging her deep knowledge in both fields, Ashling has been instrumental in developing Panther Software, creating a solution that truly meets the needs of recruiters.

Chris Curd, Chief Technology Officer

Chris Curd, our Chief Technology Officer, is the tech visionary behind Panther Software. After building a successful marketing and web design agency, Chris partnered with Ashling to develop Panther. His technical prowess and entrepreneurial spirit have been pivotal in transforming Panther from an in-house tool to a market-leading software solution. Chris plays an extremely active role in the business, contributing to sales, implementation, and ongoing product development. His commitment to innovation and client satisfaction drives Panther's continuous improvement and success.

Matthew Wallace, Solutions Architect & Customer Success Manager

Matthew Wallace is a vital part of the Panther team, working in Customer Success. His journey with Panther began as a client, where he managed the implementation of Panther for his employer. His firsthand experience with the software gives him unique insights into client needs and challenges. Matthew now leverages this experience to help other clients get the most out of Panther, ensuring smooth implementations and maximising the software’s potential. Additionally, his background in software development enhances his ability to address technical queries effectively. Lauren Oberholzer, Senior Customer Success Specialist

Lauren Oberholzer is Panther Software's Senior Customer Success Specialist. With over a decade of experience in private banking and client relationship management, Lauren excels at delivering value, managing complex portfolios and driving adoption. She’s known for streamlining processes and ensuring smooth, successful implementations. At Panther, Lauren will guide clients through onboarding, optimise recruitment workflows and help them get the most from our CRM, making the process simple, smart and stress-free. Outside of work? Lauren is all about family, happiest when spending time with her loved ones, especially with her niece and nephews, who keep life loud, fun, and full of energy.

Liam Reed, Principal Solution Specialist

Liam Reed is Panther Software's Principal Solution Specialist. With over 14 years of experience in sales across diverse sectors, including eCommerce, HR technology, corporate communications, OTT platforms and livestreaming. Liam Reed brings a wealth of expertise to Panther Software. His extensive background enables him to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of our clients. Outside of his professional endeavours, Liam is an avid golfer and a dedicated supporter of Celtic Football Club, holding season tickets. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, balancing his professional commitments with family life and personal interests.
