Initially developed to streamline the shift booking process for a large recruitment group's rail and nursing divisions, Panther quickly evolved into a comprehensive tool addressing the many challenges of temp recruitment. Recognising the value we had created, we decided to bring Panther to market, sharing our innovative solution with other agencies and employers.

Ashling Coyle, CEO

Ashling Coyle, our CEO, brings a wealth of expertise and a keen understanding of both recruitment and financial management to Panther Software. As a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA qualified), Ashling built a solid foundation working with various businesses in London. Her transition from accountancy to recruitment led her to start her own agency, where she recognised the critical need for a more efficient workforce management system. Combining her extensive knowledge in recruitment and accountancy, Ashling has been instrumental in developing Panther Software. Her experience has enabled her to create a solution that genuinely addresses the needs of recruiters.

Chris Curd, CTO

Chris Curd, our Chief Technology Officer, is the tech visionary behind Panther Software. After building a successful marketing and web design agency, Chris partnered with Ashling to develop Panther. His technical prowess and entrepreneurial spirit have been pivotal in transforming Panther from an in-house tool to a market-leading software solution. Chris plays an extremely active role in the business, contributing to sales, implementation, and ongoing product development. Matthew Wallace is a vital part of the Panther team, working in Customer Success. His journey with Panther began as a client, where he managed the implementation of Panther for his employer. His firsthand experience with the software gives him unique insights into client needs and challenges. Matthew now leverages this experience to help other clients get the most out of Panther, ensuring smooth implementations and maximising the software’s potential. Additionally, his background in software development enhances his ability to address technical queries effectively.
