Replacing the previous Dashboard module, the new Intelligence module brings together operational and financial reporting into a single, dedicated workspace, making it easier than ever to understand how your business is performing.

The original Dashboard has been retained as a view within the module, alongside powerful new Bookings and Profit views.

Bookings Views - Looking Forward

The new Bookings views report directly from your live booking data, giving you visibility of current and future operational activity before shifts have been processed.

This allows managers to monitor upcoming workload, consultant performance, expected revenue and operational trends, helping them make proactive business decisions before work has taken place.

• Bookings by Client Primary Team

• Bookings by Resourcer User

Profit Views - Looking Back

The new Profit views report from Panther's Profit module using processed timesheet data, giving you a complete financial picture of work that has already been completed and processed.

This allows managers to review actual business performance, compare periods, analyse profitability and understand financial performance across owners, teams, booking users and resourcers using real processed GP data.

Available views include:

• Profit by Client Owners
• Profit by Client Teams
• Profit by Booking User
• Profit by Resourcer User

Each view includes KPI summaries, period comparisons, variance reporting, markup calculations, powerful filtering and CSV exports.

Built for the FutureThe new Intelligence module has been designed as the long-term home for Panther reporting.

Alongside a refreshed interface, improved navigation, enhanced KPI displays and powerful filtering, it provides a scalable foundation that will allow us to continue introducing new reports, analytics and business intelligence capabilities in future releases.

Security & Permissions

New Intelligence permissions allow administrators to independently control access to the Dashboard, Bookings and Profit views, together with separate export permissions for each reporting area.

As with the rest of Panther, all reports fully respect existing team, ownership and record-level permissions, ensuring users only see the information they are authorised to access.
