Digital Timesheet Updates That Cut Down Admin 

We know timesheet approval can be a challenge for both agencies and clients. That’s why we’ve enhanced Panther’s digital timesheet workflows with smarter automation and better client-facing features. 

  • Approve All Timesheets at Once
    Clients can now approve all outstanding timesheets in a single click. It’s a faster, more intuitive way to process high volumes, exceptionally helpful when managing multiple candidates per shift.
  • Fewer Emails, Greater Visibility
    Previously, clients received separate emails for each candidate. Now, Panther groups all candidates under the same contract into one daily timesheet email, reducing inbox noise and speeding up review times. 
  • Automated Weekly Timesheets
    You can now schedule weekly timesheets to be sent out at a set time automatically. No more setting reminders or manually pushing them, your clients stay informed, and you stay in control. 

 

Introducing Global Search: Everything, Instantly 

Navigating between menu’s is a thing of the past. With the new Global Search feature, your team gets instant access to candidates, clients, contacts, and contracts - all from one streamlined search panel. Just click the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner to get started.

Mid-call or prepping for a client meeting, the right info is now just a few keystrokes away, simply hover over what you need. 

 

Smarter Backend Features You’ll Actually Use 

We’ve added a few more enhancements to help you stay compliant, fill more shifts, and reduce the mental load of daily admin: 

  • Compliance Expiry Reporting
    A brand-new report is now available in the backend, allowing you to export compliance documents and checks (with expiry dates) into Excel. Simply make sure your docs are correctly tagged! 
  • Filter Unfilled Shifts by Reason
    Within the Bookings tab, you can now filter unfilled shifts based on the specific reason they’ve not been filled. This makes it easier to spot trends and act quickly. 
  • Expanded Tooltips Across the System
    We’re gradually rolling out new tooltips to give users on-the-spot guidance across key features. It’s part of our ongoing effort to make Panther more intuitive for everyone.
