Panther Software has released sleeker, quicker and ready-to-pounce updates. Timesheet management and invoice consolidation have been reworked to give you more speed, clarity and control. From smoother approvals and web app login to enhanced task workflows, candidate filtering and improved visibility across your workflows, everything now moves faster and flows effortlessly.

 

 

Bulk Action Bar - Shuffle Contracts

A new Shuffle option has been added to the Bulk Action Bar, allowing users to update contracts across selected booking rows. Includes validation for location and batched shifts, with rates updating automatically after changes.

 

 

Task Module - Task Progress Status

Task Progress Status has been added to tasks, including new statuses, dropdown control and list view filtering. Progress is tracked separately from Task Status, with synced behaviour when marking tasks as complete.

 

 

Client TRD - Role Permission Control

A new role permission controls visibility of the TRD % field. When disabled, TRD details are hidden on Client, Location and Contract records, improving access control.

 

 

Weekly Paper Timesheets

Paper timesheets have been introduced in Weekly Timesheet Mode and Daily Timesheet Mode (client override to weekly). Users can upload, track and complete paper timesheets with statuses, references and exports aligned for accurate processing.

 

 

Invoice Consolidation Enhancements

Invoicing configuration has been fully reworked to provide clearer, more flexible consolidation options across Daily Timesheet Mode and Weekly Timesheet Mode. A single unified invoice template is now used, with dynamic configuration controlling how invoices are grouped and displayed.

Users can configure consolidation by Client, Location, Contract, or not consolidated, with monthly equivalents available. New Shift Line Item Consolidation options allow invoices to display either per shift or grouped by specialism and charge. Configuration can be set globally and overridden at Client and Location levels.

Invoice outputs have been standardised, with consistent naming conventions, improved handling of PO numbers and booking references, and aligned behaviour across PDFs, exports, and batch processes. Monthly invoicing logic has also been enhanced with clearer period handling and invoice date control.

These changes deliver greater flexibility, improved clarity and more accurate invoicing across all workflows.

 

 

Candidate Location: Locality, Region & Country

The candidate Location field (full Google address) has been enhanced to automatically split and store Locality, Region and Country as locked, non-editable fields on candidate records.

Users can filter by Region and Country in the Mega Filter, and Region is also available as a new column on the Candidate and Availability tabs with standard sorting, filtering and search. Region is included in the main search on both tabs, making it easier to segment and find candidates by area.

 

 

Candidate Web App Login - “Remember Me” Option

A new “Keep me signed-in” option has been added to the candidate web app, allowing users to stay logged in on private devices or use standard login behaviour on shared devices for improved security and convenience.

 

 

Timesheet Templates & Consolidation Enhancements

Timesheet Templates have been moved to Timesheet Configuration with clearer consolidation options. Daily Timesheet Mode can now combine shifts into one timesheet per booking row, with a single number used across tabs, PDFs and exports.

 

 

Daily Summary Timesheets: Multi-Contact Sending

In Daily Timesheet Mode, summary timesheets can now be sent to multiple approval contacts using tag selection. Timesheet history logs who each summary timesheet was sent to for clear tracking and accountability.

 

 

Right to Work - Additional Condition Support

Right to Work Types now support an additional condition, allowing more complex validation rules. Conditions can now be configured with an extra AND requirement (X and X and X and X) to ensure stricter compliance checks.

 

 

Task Module Enhancements - Shortcuts

New shortcuts added across Contracts and Rates, including rate status indicators and quick navigation. Tasks can be created in context with auto-linked records, and “Relates to” tags are now clickable with permission-based visibility.

 

 

Allow TRD Value Percentage set on Client

TRD discount percentage can now be set at the Client or Location level as well as the existing Contract level, allowing more consistent and flexible control of discount settings.

 

 

Locations - Contacts Panel

A Contacts panel has been added to Location records, mirroring Client records. It lists linked contacts with search support and allows quick navigation between Contacts, Clients and Locations for easier access.

 

 

Task Types - Default Task Subject

A Default Subject field has been added to Task Types. When selected, the subject auto-populates on tasks and updates dynamically if the type changes, while remaining editable by users.

 

 

Booking Tab - Deep Links

Deep link icons have been added to booking rows for Clients, Locations, Sub Locations, Contracts, Contacts and Candidates. Users can quickly open records in a new window directly from bookings for faster navigation.

 

 

Countries, Nationalities & Ethnicities - Maintenance Updates

New structured maintenance tables have been introduced for Countries, Nationalities and Ethnicities with standardised default data. Improves consistency, prevents duplicates and enhances candidate data and imports.
